How long will it take to get started?

Every job has its own unique blends of complexity and preparation necessary for success. Permitted jobs will always take longer than non permitted jobs, not just on the front end but during the inspection phase. Before we enter into a binding contract on any job, we build out a preliminary Gantt Chart that provides our best estimate on time frame.

Is there a time of year not to start a home addition project?

Not necessarily, weather does not cause an issue outside of concrete or site work. If the ground is frozen or pipes are so cold, that can be an issue. Also, during winter, when we tend to get more rain that can be an issue for paint.

Does my job need a permit?

Every state has different requirements and every city within that state has their own requirements as well. A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself if the home requires major electrical, major plumbing, or structural components that are being modified...you will likely need a permit.

What times will your team be in my house during the additon?

We normally work Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. If the client requests a weekend work, we can accommodate on a case by case basis. We do value our family time on the weekend. We treat our employees like family.

What about Change Orders, I dont want to get nickel and dimed.

We view every job as a true partnership, part of that relationship is spending the time to walk through the scope in great detail together. If it is represented on the scope its covered, if its not represented on the scope its a change order. Just as we will not charge our clients for anything they have not agreed to, we cannot be held liable for something we have not agreed to as well.

Are you a licensed and insured contractor?

Yes, we have general liability and workers compensation. We are a GA state licensed generatal contractor.
